Ed's Pit Stop is a convenience store and gas station located 1/4 miles East of Main Street (on the Tuscobia Trail) in Birchwood. We are a store with many attractions. We have a gift and clothing section, souvenirs, coffee and espresso bar, liquor, wireless internet, DVD rental, homemade bakery, appetizers and sandwiches. One of our main attractions is our gourmet ice cream. We offer sundaes, shakes, floats and cones. Our waffle cones are homemade right in our store and can be hand dipped in chocolate and nuts if you so desire. We think it's "the best ice cream up north."
